My neighborhood is in the suburbs of the city. It used to belong to a suburban town but has now been converted into a ward. The main road that runs along my neighborhood has been paved. New sidewalks are paved with new tiles. Many trees are planted to bring fresh, cool green streets. The maintenance of public sanitation is promoted so the streets are always clean and beautiful. Those who encroach on the roadways and sidewalks for business must retreat according to the general rule. At night, when the lights on both sides of the street turn on, the lights of the houses also shine, looking at the neighborhood that looks beautiful and sparkling.

My neighborhood is on the outskirts of the city, however the urbanization is now more obvious than ever. First, the place where there were a lot of trees in the past has now become tall buildings. No more green colour, no more fresh air. Second, our school has been reconstructed and modernized. A lot of new equipment and modern computers have been installed. Besides, the communal house was built and it has become the place for all the citizen gather. Urbanization brings about negative issues on environment but it has also improved our life quality a lot.
