In front of the large communal courtyard in the village, people stood crowded and packed like wedge forming a circle of people. In the middle of the circle are two young men playing on a ferris wheel. Everyone attending the festival was very excited. Beautiful clothes of all colors, the atmosphere was more jubilant with cheers and cheers. On a par with the five-color flag, the swinging shape of two young men made viewers hold their breath to watch. They firmly grip the swing arm to hit high distances. They must be very brave and skillful. Everyone looked up at each wobbly beat of the two brothers. After each turn, the cheers resounded like thunder. The atmosphere is very cheerful and exciting.

Mid-fall festival is one of the most welcomed ones in Vietnam.  It is normally held in the 15th of August in Lunar calendar. The tale of the festival is about a man named Cuoi hanging on to a magical banyan tree as it floated to the moon. One of the most important activity in this festival is lantern parade, which is believed to help light to way to earth for Cuoi from the moon. In Vietnamese culture, the festival is also the time to celebrate the ending of the harvest and spend time with the beloved ones. Therefore, the festival is not only looked forward to by children but also every Vietnamese people.
