My hometown is Phu Tho, where there is the Hung King Temple Festival. The Hung King Temple Festival takes place from the 8th to the 11th day of the third lunar month. This festival is held to worship the Hung Kings  who are the ones that set and are also the first places of the nation. Here, there is a ceremony of offering incense and specialities such as chung cakes, day cakes and five-fruit trays to the Kings. Moreover, Hung King Temple Festival also has many interesting activities such as bamboo swings, lion dances, xoan singing performances.
