It's an individual or team sport.I get up early to jog with my mother for 30 minutes and I feel better. Going for a walk is very easy to do and doesn't cost much because the only thing you need is a pair of shoes. You can wear clothes you like. People of all ages and abilities can enjoy it. Football is the best sport for me. I often play it in my free time or on Sunday. I was excited about football since childhood and started playing when I was 3 years old. I joined a football team when in elementary school. My father often asked my teacher about football in school. And my teacher told him that there is a facility for playing sports daily in the school. Now, I am the team leader and participate in many major tournaments in the province.
