-Not yet because people are still very indifferent to the issue of environmental protection, climate, we need more efforts and propaganda to everyone about environmental protection to actively participate in environmental protection activities.

According to the World Meteorological Organization, humanity experienced nearly five times as many natural disasters (3,496) in the first decade of this century as we did during the 1980s (743). That said, the increase in the sheer number of events isn't as simple as it seems.

=> I think the difficulty is keeping people aware and prepared for natural disasters. But, we still can use the technology and knowledge available to reduce risks to an acceptable level.
