In my opinion, I agree with this point of about 60%.
First, the sports are very dangerous and if you accidentally encounter an accident, it is very dangerous to your life. Second, these sports need to have a lot of experience, good body, survivability as well as spare equipment if you accidentally get lost. If you do not have that knowledge, you will probably encounter many difficulties. On the other hand, we can participate in these activities to increase resistance and exercise for good health, we can explore and learn a lot of new things so the remaining 40% I disagree with this view.
