I know and also enjoy many sports, but the one I like the most is basketball. This is a sport that requires team spirit. The rules of this game are quite simple, there are 2 teams fighting each other, each team has 5 members and a substitute member to enter the field. A match usually will play 4 innings, each half from 10 to 12 minutes depending on the tournament. The two teams will try to score points and not break the rules, in the end which team has more points than that team wins, if the scores of the two teams are equal after 4 rounds then go into extra time. This is a very simple sport when only 1 ball and 1 basket can be played. I really love basketball, I wish I could become a famous basketball player.

In my spare time, I enjoy swimming with my friends and it is my favorite sport. Swimming for me is not simply a sport, it is also a survival skill and a way to relax. Our school requires students to pass a swimming test in the Physical Education class, so I think swimming is also an important skill that everyone should know. Also, swimming in cool water helps to relieve stress and clear my mind. When I was in the pool, I almost forgot all the homework and other responsibilities. Swimming also helps me have a good body. I can feel that my muscles have become stronger, and I have become taller since I started swimming. I usually go swimming with my friends about 2 or 3 times a week and we do mini competitions to find out who is the best swimmer on the team. I think this sport is very suitable and good for me, so I will continue to swim in the future.
