I come from America, and last month I had an unforgettable trip to Vietnam. Needless to say, Vietnamese people are one of the best ones that I had ever met. The first thing that I love about them is they are very friendly and hospitable. I lost my ways several times in Ho Chi Minh City, and there were always someone who enthusiastically showed me the right directions without hesitating. They talked to me in a joyful way, and they did not seem to be bothered by foreign tourists. When I took the motorbike service to go to my hotel, the rider helped me to pack all of my stuff stably without complaining how heavy they were, and he talked to me, showed me some interesting places to visit. Second, Vietnamese people seem to have kind hearts. I know there are bad and good people everywhere, but luckily I met some very good people during my trip. I once drop my wallet on a cab, and I were freaking out because I put all of my paper in there. I had a negative thought that people rarely return what they had picked up, and I also left an amount of money in my wallet. However, the driver had returned and gave back my property. He even told me to be careful next time, and he refused to take any gift except my thank you. There were many things that I love about Vietnamese people, they are kind, friendly, active, and they always help other people. I had come to many different countries, but I had to admit that they were some of the most interesting people. Vietnam has a lot of attractive places to visit, but Vietnamese are also a big plus for tourists to remember about this beautiful country.

I heard that you will have a vacation to Vietnam this summer, so I would love to share some information about Vietnamese people with you. The first thing is that we really appreciate the values of family and community. We usually live in big families which may consist of many generations. The relationship of a neighborhood is really good, and we always try to give away help when each other has problem. When you come here, you can find help when you are really in need. Second, we are friendly and hospitable, and we always welcome foreign tourists as well as any guest with open arms. Although there are many people who cannot speak English well, they will try their best to show you the ways, help you to call your hotel when you are lost, or explain the necessary information to you. If you do not bother us when we are really busy, we will make sure to spend time to help you with your problem. Third, Vietnamese people have a diversified culture which consist of many featuring customs from different parts of the country. You can easily find people with different accent, costumes and appearance. They represent the diversity of culture and tradition, which is also a significant point of Vietnam. We have a lot of different beautiful traditional costumes and accessories, and you can admire them all if you visit us on Tet holiday. We have many more characteristics that will impress you, and we are a distinctive community that cannot be mistaken for any other else. If you come to Vietnam, do not miss a chance to communicate with us.
