Hello. I’m Nhi and I’m 12 years old. I’m studying at a secondary school. At my school, many subjects about different areas are taught to provide useful knowledge for us. English is one of my most favorite subjects.

I started learning English when I was 8 years old. At that time, I was taught how to distinguish every letter in the alphabet. I could not remember them, but I found learning English very interesting and loved it. That’s why I tried my best to remember everything that my teacher taught me.  I like English because of many reasons. The most important reason is that I can communicate with foreigners. If I know English, I can make more friends from other countries. I will understand their culture deeply and tell them about our culture. An additional reason is that I can get a good job in the future. There are a lot of international companies in our country, which provides different jobs with high salary. Working in this environment, I can improve my communication skills.

English is a necessary subject for me because it gives me opportunities to develop myself. I will try to learn how to speak it fluently so that I can communicate with other people easily.
