Studies show that people who get at least seven hours of sleep each night have lower risk of heart disease, diabetes and high blood pressure than those who sleep less. Eating too much junkfood. Eating too much junk food can lead to weight gain and obesity, which increase your risk for many diseases such as diabetes and high blood presseure.

2.  I have been to many hospitals in my life, but I can only tell you about the ones that I have visited. The first one that comes to mind is the one where I had my surgery done. It is a private hospital and I had a really good experience there. The staff were very friendly and helpful and they made me feel comfortable even though I was nervous about having an operation. I had to go there a few times after the surgery as well because of complications, but every time I went back, they were very nice to me.
Another place that comes to mind is my local hospital. This is where I go when I am sick or injured, so I know the doctors there quite well now! They are really friendly people and always try their best to help me when something happens. There are also other hospitals in my city which I have not been to yet, but they seem like good hospitals too because they are popular with people who live in my area.
