Bo Da Pagoda, also known as Bon Pagoda, is located on Phuong Hoang Mountain in Bo Da Son range, where there is a harmonious feng shui landscape in Thuong Lat village, Tien Son commune, Viet Yen district. The pagoda is an ancient architectural work that is considered a great ancient place in the cultural land of Bac Giang. This is a temple that still retains the original traditional Vietnamese architecture and has a unique architecture, different from traditional temples in North Vietnam. In the pagoda, there is also a woodblock repository of Buddhist scriptures carved on the oldest wood with nearly 2,000 planks carved in Chinese characters and the largest tower garden in Vietnam. Pho Da Pagoda is recognized as a special national architectural and artistic historical relic. The Bon Da pagoda festival is held from February 16 to 18 of the lunar calendar. This is an opportunity for the brothers and sisters in the region to meet and have a relationship through the Quan Ho Singing Festival.
