I ate a lot of fast food, drinks, just eat, watch TV and sleep. After that, I became a bit fat and my health is not good. Because of that, I decided to keep fit and keep healthy. First, I should eat vegetables and healthy food and drinks. Then, I need to do exercises every morning. Next, I must watch less TV and also shorten the time online. The first and most important issue is not to reduce the food you eat daily. You can change the menu and the way you eat but if you start a diet by yourself, the first thing you’ll lose is your health.
You can find many good gyms and if you want I can send the names for you in another letter. However, you don’t need to go to a gym to stay fit. Some small changes to your life can make a big difference. For example, you can start by walking sometime in the morning or at lunchtime.
I hope you don’t have any health problems and it would be nice if you went to a doctor for a check-up before starting any exercise.
