Topic of community sẻvice

I have been a member òf the green team in my town of 2 years ago,we have done many helpful work ruch as:cleaning the road,collecting the garbage in the park,healping the old people,donate the book to the pear children.I’m very happy when seeing the smiles on children face.I will go on my volunteer work to make the community better

Topic of health:

Healt  is important to everyone.you should stay healthy and keep fit.There are a lot of way to keep healthy:

-First you should do exercise regulary or you play sports because I help you  healthy and relax.

-Second,you should eat and drink healthy food,you shound’t eat too much .

-Third you shound’t play game because it’s not good for your eyes and health,you should’t sleep enough and drink a lot of water every day

The environment is an essential part of our life. A clean environment is necessary for a peaceful and healthy life. An environment is the natural surroundings that help human beings, animals, and other living things to grow and develop naturally. But nowadays, our environment is disturbing in many different ways. Any type of disturbance in nature's balance affects the environment totally. It does not only ruin human lives but also affects all living beings. We can save our environment with the little step taken by everyone on the Earth. We should reduce the amount of waste, throwing wastes properly to its place only and many other simple ways. It's very important to save the environment for human existence. When we protect the environment, we're also protecting ourselves and our future.
