I like sport and I play it two hours everyday. My favorite sport is playing badminton. There are four reasons why I like it. Firstly, I can improve my health through playing it. I play it about 2 times every week. It makes me feel energetic everyday. Secondly, I enjoy the feeling that badminton flies in the air. I can change the movement direction of badminton without much effort and make opponent lose it. Thirdly, I can make many friends when I play badminton. I often play it with many kinds of persons. We can improve our skills with exercises. Also we talk about many interesting things when we have an break. Finally, playing badminton is not as intense as other sports such as basketball and soccer. Swimming is my favorite sport. When I was ten years old, I began taking swimming lessons. My house does not have a swimming pool, so my father frequently takes me to the local pool. Swimming techniques include crawling, butterfly, breaststroke, and others. I enjoy swimming on my stomach, where you have to use your hands to propel yourself. To swim safely, you must have specialized swimming equipment such as goggles, swimwear, swim floats, swimming caps, earplugs, sunscreen, and shampoo. The most difficult aspect of learning to swim is learning to float. We must also practice controlling our breathing, foot and arm rhythms. Swimming allows us to get some exercise.
