It takes place every tet holiday for 1 week . It is celebrated by Ho Chi Minh city people's committee .They display and decorate the street with many kinds of flowers and lights . Many people come there to enjoy the beautiful  flowers and takes pictures 

There are a lot of festivals in my country and the most popular I have known is Tet festival. It occurs in late January or early February. Some days before Tet, I help my parents clean the house. Then I went to the market to buy some food. During Tet, I visited my relatives and grandparents. I got lucky money after wishing them. I love Tet very much because it's a time for family gatherings.
