My hobby is swimming. It's also been my favorite sport since I was a kid. Swimming has four main styles, which are the stroke, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly. My favorite swimming style is the backstroke. I go to the pool three or four times a week. Because I want to get good results, I practice a lot. Swimming also brings a lot of benefits to human health. It helps me stay in shape. With swimming, I can burn 25% of my body fat. Besides, with swimming I can get rid of asthma. Swimming also keeps you safe in the water. Swimming is fun, it is a good choice for a hobby.
