1, I wish to make a complaint about my recent holiday in Copenhagen.

2, According to the brochure I received in Sunthoms Holidays, the holiday was to include a two-day boat to Oslo Norway.

3, However, what the brochure failed to mention was the fact that the excursion was to be paid separately!

4, Unfortunately, the travel representative forgot to mention that fact until we were well at the sea!

5, By that time, it was too late to change mind.

6, And if I had realized how much it would cost, I would certainly not go on it especially since the sea was so choppy that my wife spent most of the trip seasick.

7, I would be grateful if you made sure in the future that all extra costs would be clearly shown in the brochure.

8, Apart from the above, the rest of the holiday in Copenhagen was wonderful as both my wife and I fell in love with the Tivoli Gardens.

9, What an experience! What the atmosphere! We thought a lot about the visitors come there.

10, Whatever happened we would certainly try to return to Copenhagen in some future date. (I can’t say the same to Oslo!)
