With the development of technology, people can access information and learning resources easily. As a result, many students benefit greatly from studying by themselves at home with the help of technology. However, I disagree with this idea because it is not beneficial to their well-rounded development, and they may lose their ability to socialize. To begin with, studying by themselves at home will not be helpful for students to develop into well-rounded individuals. Although they can learn by themselves through online courses and various learning apps, they cannot learn how to socialize with others. Moreover, personal experiences are important for them to understand different situations and perspectives in life. By studying at home, they will not gain these experiences as much as if they were in school or interacting with other people in person. In addition, when students only study at home using the internet and remote resources, they do not have a chance to work on practical skills that require the use of others' help or guidance. For example, if a student wants to learn how to speak English fluently, he or she needs to interact with other English speakers to practice what he or she learns. Furthermore, when students study by themselves at home all the time, they may lose their ability to communicate with others.
