Nowadays, teenagers have a tendency to find romantic partners online. Some may regard it as a positive development, however, in my opinion, children shouldn't be allowed to do so. Firstly, teens may be talked into giving out personal information that could lead to their identities being stolen, which can be extremely dangerous for them because they can lose a large sum of money or even suffer from sexual abuse. Moreover, an online romance may limit a person's social interaction. They won't find talking or hanging out with friends exciting, they just want to spend most of the time surfing the Net, which can have a bad influence on their physical as well as mental development.
