The first advantage is that we can enjoy the fresh air. We rarely see the air pollution or polluted water in rural areas because these places do not have many factories and vehicles. There are many trees, which makes the atmosphere become fresher and more peaceful. Another advantage is friendly people. Villagers always help each other whenever we need. Although living in the countryside has noteworthy pros, it also has some apparent cons. The main drawback is unemployment. Rural areas do not have many companies and factories, so people do not have many jobs to earn money. They mainly live on farming. An additional drawback is poor education. Children do not have chances to go to school because they have to help their parents earn money at an early age. A few schools are built in certain areas with bad devices. To sum up, living in the countryside is quite good, but we should consider when mentioning their disadvantages.

However, there are also disadvantages. One disadvantage is that you can’t find work because there’s not many places to work. Most of the factories went under. It is a huge problem for the countryside. Another point is that there’s a big problem with public transport. It is important to have a car if you really want to go somewhere, go shopping in the city, etc., etc. There’s nothing to do in the countryside. People are getting bored, there’s no cinema, theatre, discos, pubs or something like that. There are not too many shops where you can buy everything you want. In fact, there’s nothing to buy there. I have a friend in the countryside. She lives in Black Water 40 km South from Starogard. I made a little interview with her. She told me, that the country is her nightmare, and she wants to get out of there. There are no advantages, but only disadvantages, and the worst is that there are no schools in the area. If you want to go to a good school you have to go about 20 km to the bigger town. It is a big problem.

Finally, I think that the countryside is only for people who prefer living in peace, for old people. It is not a place for young people. If you want to live in the countryside you have to be rich and have a car. In other case it is very difficult to live there.
