Yes, I can definitely come to your party on Saturday evening. I'm looking forward to it already! You know me. I'm always up for a party :) I'll do my best to keep the noise down so that the neighbors won't be disturbed. 
You asked if I'd like to bring a friend. I'm happy to bring someone if you have room. Otherwise, I'll come alone. Let me know what works best for you and your husband.
As far as what I'd like doing at the party goes, I think we should cover all of our bases by preparing lots of good food and drink, setting up an area for conversation and another for dancing, and making sure there's some sort of entertainment to fill in any gaps (even if it's just music). The rest will depend on the people who are there. If everyone's getting along well, we may not even need anything else!
