Each region has a different custom of sticky rice, not only simply sticky rice with white sticky rice, but many places also make sticky rice into many different dishes.

Five-colored sticky rice is a traditional dish and it is a very easy dish to make. First, you need to soak the sticky in the water for at least 5 hours. Next, you have to rinse the rice and drain it. After that, you mix it well with turmeric extract and wait for 10 minutes. Then, you add a cup of shredded coconut and salt, remember to mix it. Finally, you steam the rice for 30 minutes an check that it is fully cooked. Serve the dish with boiled chicken.
