Mày dám chạy thi với ta sao? Ta chấp mày một nửa đường đó”. Rùa không nói gì, biết mình chậm chạp nên cố sức chạy thật nhanh. Còn Thỏ nhìn theo mỉm cười, nó nghĩ: “Ta chưa cần chạy vội, đợi Rùa gần tới đích ta phóng cũng vừa”. Thế rồi nó lại nhởn nhơ nhìn trời, nhìn mây. Thỉnh thoảng lại nhấm nháp vài ngọn cỏ non, có vẻ khoan khoái lắm. Bỗng nghĩ đến cuộc thi, nó thấy Rùa đã sắp tới đích, cậu ta cắm cổ chạy thục mạng nhưng không kịp nữa rồi vì Rùa đã tới đích trước nó.Qua câu chuyện trên, em nghĩ rằng muốn làm được việc gì dù khó khăn đến đâu nếu ta quyết tâm, chịu khó thì sẽ thắng lợi. Còn kiêu ngạo, chủ quan thì sẽ bị thất bại.
