Of all the festivals in Vietnam, my favorite is the Mid-Autumn Festival. The festival takes place on the fifteenth day of the eighth lunar month, the full moon day of the year. The Mid-Autumn Festival always has a colorful fruit tray with funny dogs pruned from pomelos, juicy red sapodilla, delicious scones,... On the night of the full moon, we went to the writer's yard together. Every day, everyone holds in their hand a star or mid-autumn lantern with eye-catching colors, including flashing lights and music. After the procession of lights to welcome the moon, we gathered around the tray, just waiting for the signal of the adults to rush in to break the feast. Mid-Autumn Festival cannot be complete without the performance of beautiful Hang Nga, funny uncle, big belly Mr. Dia and skillful lion dance. I just sat down to eat sweets and watch joyful dance performances with my friends. I really like the Mid-Autumn Festival. I hope that every year I can celebrate with my friends and family.
