I think we need to ask first and follow their lead. They are the experts on their needs and how to best meet them. If they do ask for help, ask for specific instructions on how you can help.Speak clearly, listen well if you talk face to face with them.Speak directly to people,that's the great deal.But you need to be aware of personal space of each other.Be flexible to family members of that people with disabilities.That's what I think we should to do to help disabled people.

We should guided them to do exercise, take them to cross the road......
