Some people say that spend more time outside is better than inside, so do I. I also agree with this opinion. First spending too much time on video games, TV is not good for your health. It will make your eyes weaker and weaker. And if you don't go outside, you may be easier to be weak and ill. Furthermore, it will make you addicted to electronic. To sum up, you shouldn't playing video games and watch TV tô much.
