⇒In my opinion, parents should decide to allow teenagers to use their free time properly. the balance between learning and play. Young people can play thirty minutes of free time after school is finished. During rest time, teenagers can play sports such as ball, soccer, badminton, young people who can read books for brain development and originality.

All teenagers are different. But many like to spend their free time doing things like shopping, going to parties, hanging out with friends , making crafs , making models or other online activites: texting, waching movies, ....In my opinion , playing sports is the best leisure activity for teenagers. Fristly, physical exercise is good for mind, body and spirit. Especially when you join a team you can meet many people and it can be great to build you relationship. Secondly, playing sports for your physical health , it give you a healthy heart , strong muscles . Beside, teenagers who play sports, especially girls, are more likely to have a positive body image . They also are less likely to be overweight. In addition , it also helps you learn how to organize and manage your team, so you can improve your creativity . For these reasons, teenagers should play sports in their free time. However, we shouldn't play too much it won't be fine for your heath.
