1) When I buy a house, first thing to consider is my purpose. Will I buy it for a life or business? Next is the time I'll buy it and my financial capability. I must have enough money or at least 70 percent the cost of the house, I won't buy the house after my feeling. Thirdly, I'll check whether real estate ownership certificate is real or fake. Then I'll consider the location of the house, the security and citizen around to see if it is safe for my family. After that, I'll check the construction quality, observe the land position of the house and see home interior and architecture. Finally I will be carefully when receiving the house.  

   2) If I could, I would buy a house in a cozy place. It would be spacious house consisting of three bedrooms, one kitchen, two bathrooms and one living room. From my perspective, this is perfect for a four-people family including my husband, my two children and me. Additionally, I want to have a garden behind the house, where I can grow various types of vegetables and flowers. I'll take care of them in my leisure time. Last but not least, I love a fully furnished house with household appliances such as refrigerator, washing machine and espically the kichen tools because I love cooking. For me, I always dream of having my own apartment so that I can have more freedom to do whatever I want. I will make my dream house become a reality as soon as possible.
