Dear Anna,
I’m so happy to know that you’re coming to Viet Nam. It’s a pity that you can only spend one day in Quang Ninh.
Within a day, I think you shouldn’t miss the trip to Ha Long Bay, the most fascinating place in my province. It’s considered as one of the “New Seven Natural Wonders of the World”. There are thousands of limestone islands emerging from the sea. These islands are named after common things around us. In the bay, you can find Rooster and Hen Island and even Man’s head Island. When you arrive, you’ll embark an elegant wooden junk and start cruising the bay. You can also have an opportunity to enjoy great Vietnamese seafood on board. In addition, walking on the beach or climbing up one limestone peak for the stunning view of the bay will be wonderful choices. Next, you can have a look at Sung Sot Cave (Surprise Cave), one of the most beautiful caves in the charming bay. Walk through the cave and admire the magnificent scenery of the nature here.
