Among many dishes, I am most impressed with the crispy banh xeo - also known as the banh xeo. Ingredients to make include rice flour, coconut milk, turmeric powder, onions and salt, mixed with water. The dough is then poured into a frying pan with vegetable oil and forms a thin pancake. After about two minutes, the pot will spread some pork, shrimp and sprouts on half of the cake, then fold in half to cover and cook for thirty seconds. The dish is often served with a traditional sauce made from fish sauce mixed with lemon, garlic, and chili. The interesting thing about Banh Xeo is how people eat it. The cake will be cut into 2-3 pieces and rolled in rice paper with a little filling. The roll is dipped in the mixed sauce, making it very tasty. Just take a bite, diners can feel the crispy, a little sweet, fatty and fresh vegetables and just want to eat more. I am very proud of this dish, it enriches Vietnamese cuisine, you should try this dish!

Trong nhiều món ăn, tôi ấn tượng nhất vẫn bánh xèo giòn - hay còn gọi là Bánh xèo. Nguyên liệu để làm  gồm bột gạo, nước cốt dừa, bột nghệ, hành tây và muối, hòa với nước. Bột sau đó được cho vào chảo chiên với dầu thực vật và tạo thành một chiếc bánh kếp mỏng. Sau khoảng hai phút, nồi sẽ rải một ít thịt lợn, tôm và rau mầm lên một nửa chiếc bánh, sau đó gấp đôi lại để phủ nhân và nấu trong ba mươi giây. Món ăn thường được dùng với nước chấm truyền thống được làm từ nước mắm pha chanh, tỏi, ớt. Điều  thú vị của Bánh Xèo là cách người ta ăn. Bánh sẽ được cắt thành 2-3 miếng và cuộn trong bánh tráng cùng với một ít nhân. Cuộn được nhúng vào nước sốt đã pha, khiến nó rất ngon. Chỉ cần cắn một miếng, thực khách đã cảm nhận được độ giòn, chút ngọt, béo và tươi mát của rau  và chỉ muốn ăn thêm. Tôi rất tự hào về món ăn này, nó làm ẩm thực Việt Nam thêm phong phú hơn, bạn hãy thử thưởng thức món ăn này nhé!

In the morning, I usually eat bread or rice, and drink more juice, sometimes I eat porridge. At noon, I usually eat rice with fish meat but must have soup to cool down. Dinner is like lunch, but fuller than eggs, vegetables, .... I always drink milk before going to bed at night, I also eat fruit, because they are so delicious and nutritious. I don't have belly fat so I eat 2 bowls of rice each meal. I also eat snacks in the afternoon, I go out to eat sometimes with friends and we have a lot of fun. My daily menu is quite healthy.
