Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? It is more important to give students prizes or awards for their efforts (trying) than for their achievements (successes or grades). Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

I agree with the opinion: It is more important that awards are given to students their effort (trying) rather than their achievement (success or points). Because rewards are spiritual gifts also partly motivate them to try and make more efforts, so that they can be more confident and can be more able to master themselves at work. Although the gift has cash value, it is encouraging both physically and mentally. So we have to run out of scws to prove that these gifts are worthy of us.
