Vietnam food and drink:

Pho is a popular and traditional food in the North of Viet Nam. It’s very famous because of this noodles can make from rice flour, or flour. Every dishes all have some slices of beef, or chicken. Ha noi people is very interested in this noodles because of this delicious soup make from beef, and herbs. It’s very interesting to try a bowl of noodles soup, or maybe call “Pho”

Some of students are very interested in eating instead noodle, but can you make it. I will make list, so you can cook it. Let’s start

First, you open the noodle, and use the ingredients and  in to the noodle

Then use boil water to make the noodle is cook in 3 minutes

Finally you put the spices pockets to noodles and wait to eat

1. Món ăn:

If I have to choose my ultimate favourite food, it’d be fried eggs. It’s a simple food to cook and can be enjoyed in a variety of dishes from breakfast to dinner. If you want to have a perfect dish of fried eggs you need to prepare 2-4 eggs, butter and salt. It’s very simple to make it. Firstly, you heat the butter until it melts and the pan is hot enough. Then, you crack the egg onto a small saucer or plate.  Don’t crack it straight into the pan in case some shell ends up in there as well. Slide it off the sauce into the pan. Reduce heat to low and cook it slowly until whites are completely set and yolks begin to thicken but are not hard. Slide turner under each egg and carefully slip it over in a pan. Cook second side to the desired doneness. After that, sprinkle with salt and enjoy it. I usually use fried egg with bread or rice at breakfast and dinner. The fried egg is the most favourite food of me because, during all my childhood time, my grandmother always made it for me, she put her love for me into the dish. That make fried egg becomes more meaningful and memorable. In the future, I will try my best to improve my cooking skill in order to make Fried egg better.
