B: Well, very chaotic. It looks like there is no traffic law. People still go when the red light turns on, and the traffic jam happens frequently. 

A: Yes, foreigners come to Viet Nam are always worried whenever they cross the road. How to deal with this problem ?

B: I think the government should fine heavily and especially the dwellers should follow the law.

A: Yeah, I hope VN will improve this problem.

Nam: It is very complicated! there are so many accidents that cause consequences for people and property, there are many traffic jams when police officers have to solve them for a long time.

Hoa: Do you have a solution for this?

Nam: I think we should spread the word about people walking, propagating people on motorbikes at the speeds allowed by the law
