Here in this international competition , I would like to talk about some common eating habits of Vietnamese people.

Firstly, Vietnamese people are often in a habit of talking during meals. Because meals in addition to keeping people full, but also an opportunity for us to inquire about our health and life. Secondly, people normaly use chopsticks when eating. It stems from the habit of eating things which cannot be touched such as rice, fish. Thirdly, it’s the habit of drinking tea or water during meals. But it is not beneficial. So people should limit this eating habit and other bad eating habits.

In conclusion, with the rapid development of technology, we must also change some our eating habits to suit the pace of life but we have still should also keep our culture of eating.
