Nowadays, traffic problems is one of the biggest problems that Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, has to deal with. The first problem is traffic jams. There are too many people using the roads, especially in rush hours when everyone is in a hurry to get to work or come back home. Another problem is poor road conditions. The road is too narrow and bumpy. Morever, many streets in Hanoi is usually flooded when it has heavy rain making it difficult to move. Traffic accidents is the biggest problem. Everyday, there are more and more accidents happening because of careless drivers: Driving after drinking alcohol, not wearing helmets, and so on. Therefore, solving traffic problems is not only the agent’s duty of Hanoi but also awareness of ourselves.

Có rất nhiều phương tiện giao thông trên các con phố và ngõ hẻm, từ xe buýt, ô tô, cho đến xe máy, xe đạp. Thành phố có nhiều xe máy nhiều nhất nước này. Hơn nữa, đường phố rất hẹp và xấu. Đường phố, ngõ hẻm trở nên gập ghềnh sau cơn mưa. Nhiều người tham gia giao thông không tuân thủ luật lệ giao thông. Họ thường lái xe và đi xe rất nguy hiểm, kết quả là cứ mỗi chiều ở thành phố này lại có những vụ tai nạn giao thông hoặc gây tịt đường . Vì ở đây có nhiều xe máy nên không khí rất ô nhiễm, rất nhiều khí độc được thải ra từ xe máy.Vậy nên chúng ta phải giảm bớt số lượng đi xe máy và thay vào đó chúng ta phải đi xe đạp. Tôi muốn vấn đề giao thông ở thành phố của tôi đẹp hơn và có chuyển biến tốt hơn
