In our country, we exploit all sources of renewable energy: solar power, hydroelectricity, wind power and biomass. Hydroelectricity is the well-developed one, honestly. Since 1975, we have developed several hydropower projects, including Hoa Binh Hydropower, Son La Hydropower, and Thuy Huoi Quang electricity. Vietnam first high-capacity wind farm, with 30 MW on the central province of Binh Thuan on April 18. Over the past five years, the load has increased at an average of about 10 per cent a year. Most of Vietnam’s renewable energy generation capacity is planned for export to Europe and the U.S.A.
