Nowadays, traffic problems is one of the biggest problems that Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, has to deal with. The first problem is traffic jams. There are too many people using the roads, especially in rush hours when everyone is in a hurry to get to work or come back home. Another problem is poor road conditions. The road is too narrow and bumpy. Moreover, many streets in Hanoi is usually flooded when it has heavy rain making it difficult to move. Traffic accidents is the biggest problem. Everyday, there are more and more accidents happening because of careless drivers: Driving after drinking alcohol, not wearing helmets, and so on. Therefore, solving traffic problems is not only the agent’s duty of Hanoi but also awareness of ourselves.

Traffic safety is the happiness of everyone. But there is a sad fact that in our country, unsafe traffic law violations still occur. Behaviors such as not wearing helmets, passing red lights, going in the opposite direction ... are happening more and more. Consequently, the number of traffic accidents is increasing more and more. That will seriously affect the safety of people in traffic. The cause of the above situation comes from the awareness of each road user. Therefore, from home, school and society, they must work together to educate each person to strictly obey traffic laws. Always be aware that traffic safety will bring happiness to everyone.
