The place I like most in Vietnam is Hoi An Ancient town. It is one of most  well-preserved trading port in Southeast Asia. It is located in  Viet Nam’s central Quang Nam Province, on the north bank near the mouth of the Thu Bon River. The town is speacial due to its fusion of indigenous and foreign cultures. The most famous symbol of Hoi An Ancient town is the fine wooden Japanese bridge, with a pagoda on it, dating from the 18th century. Annually, Hoi An welcomes thousands of domestic as well as foreign visitors. It always impresses them not only with its fine architecture but also the people and the cuisine here. In 1985, Hoi An Ancient Town was classified as a National Cultural Heritage Site and subsequently as a Special National Cultural Heritage Site. I have been to Hoi An for two times with my family and those are the most unforgetable memories of mine. In short, it would be such a regret if you miss Hoi An when coming to Vietnam.

I have traveled to many places, admired many beautiful scenes, but my favorite scene is still Sword Lake. Sword Lake is located in the center of Hanoi capital. From a distance, the lake looks like a big mirror reflecting the clouds in the sky. The lake water is clear and calm. Every time there is a gentle breeze, the lake surface ripples. In the middle of the lake is the ancient Turtle Tower standing majestically on the mound, the grass growing smooth. In the distance is the lipstick-colored The Huc Bridge, curved like a shrimp. Ngoc Son Temple is hidden under the old banyan tree. Around the lake are rows of lush green trees, shading so the air here is very fresh and pleasant. On the tree canopy, all kinds of birds sing. The flower gardens swayed in the wind, emitting a faint fragrance. Every time I go to Hoan Kiem Lake to play, I remember the story "The Legend of Sword Lake" that my grandmother told me. I am so proud to live in Hanoi, which has a beautiful landscape and rich in historical significance. I hope Hoan Kiem Lake will welcome many tourists to visit and admire this poetic beauty.
