Define:

Reason: 

Because people are not aware of what they do so they:

+ Dumped waste indiscriminately, filling rivers, lakes, and coastal areas.

+ Waste from industrial plants into rivers, lakes, seas.

+ Mass-produced plastic items and couldn't destroy them, so they threw them in rivers and lakes.

Consequence: 

+ Cause many deadly diseases

+ Make us sick with many diseases

+ Unsafe for health

+ Mass death of fish.
