There are many kinds of natural disasters: tsunami, volcanic eruptions, tornadoes, hurricanes,… but I think the earthquake is the most dangerous disaster. What is an earthquake? An earthquake is the sudden movement of the Earth’s tectonic plates, resulting in shaking of the ground. Earthquakes can range in size from those that are so weak that they cannot be felt to those violent enough to propel objects and people into the air. Earthquakes will make important consequences: many buildings, schools, hospitals will be destroyed and lots of people will be killed. Many people can lose their money and property. Earthquakes affect the mental health and emotional health of people. During an earthquake, you have to stay calm, and don’t use any matches, candles or any flame.
