I am writing to give some feedbacks on the local post office.

Firstly, let me congratulate you all on your great work effort. However, there are some weakness that I believe should be improved. It is about the opening hours of the office. Although it is announced that the open time is from 7a.m to 10 p.m, sometimes I have to wait until 7.30 a.m to get on the office. Another thing is related to the chairs, which are in bad condition. For the last thing, I would like to talk about the service as sometimes I don’t get the service until the receptionist finishes his personal call.

I really hope that these problems can be improved as soon as possible.

Over the past time, you and you have made continuous effort and I see it from you. But there are some shortcomings that we hope you all will improve on as soon as possible. I find that during the opening and closing of this office is often delayed. On the schedule it was supposed to open at 6am but I found that the bonus was open until 6:30 a.m. And the same goes for the closing time. This very influences me and the people around me.
