For good health, I ate well and exercised regularly, which seemed to be my daily routine. Every morning when I wake up at 5:50 am, I do personal hygiene and exercise to have good health that day, exercise can also help us have the best resistance and health. is in this epidemic season. A healthy breakfast is good for an entire day. Breakfast should be eaten as simple as still nutritious. Other meals of the day should also eat enough. Afternoon snacks should eat fruit for energy and drink some milk. Practicing a healthy eating habit is good for your health.

We need to have a good habit to have good health. We should not eat greasy foods such as fried chicken and chips. We should not stay home early in the morning but get up to exercise to improve health.
