You know, Mid Autumn festival is one of the popular celebrations in the Viet Nam. Every year,it's on the 15th day of the 8th lunar month. It's organized so that people celebrate the largest full moon in the year. In that festival, children wear masks, parade on the street have parties with special cakes and lots of fruits.

The Perfume Pagoda Festival attracts large numbers of pilgrims from all over Vietnam to Huong Pagoda in Hanoi, where people come to pray for a prosperous year and pay homage to the Buddha. This festival takes place on the 6th of the first month of the lunar calendar, usually between February or March according to the solar calendar. As one of the traditional festivals in Hanoi, there are many tour operators that organize day trips to the festival and during this time of year.
During this Vietnamese festival, you also have the opportunity to take a boat ride through the caves, admire the picturesque landscape of limestone mountains, rice fields, walk through historic temples and about hundreds of stone steps to reach the final destination.
