The phone was deactivated after only one week of purchase and I have a valid replacement warranty for the phone. I hope you will replace it for me immediately.Two weeks ago I bought a new mobile phone from your authorized store. I have visited your store a few other times to buy different electronics. However, this time my experience was disappointing and quite angry because after only a week, the new phone did not follow my expectations.I immediately went to your store to explain the problem to the staff and returned it for a warranty. My name is Clara and I have been your customer for many years. Recently I have bought a new mobile phone, Samsung brand, with one year warranty.

In a few days of purchase, the phone worked normally. But after I activated the GPS function, it suddenly stopped working. This was the first time I met this kind of problem at your company. With one year warranty, I immediately sent it back to the store to repair it on December 12. One employee said that it might take one week to fix it and he will call me to receive the phone after fixing it. But two weeks has gone by and I have not received any call from your store. Yesterday, I called the customer service and they noticed my phone has not been sent to technical department. I am very upset with your poor service.

As your warranty policy, within one week if my phone has not been repaired from the day I claimed warranty, I am entitled to get a new one. Therefore, I expected you to ship me a brand new cellphone.
