In Viet Nam, there are a lot of festivals. But the most important one is Tet. It is a festival that hold on 1st January in spring. And it is celebrated everywhere in Viet Nam. It is an occasion for every Vietnamese to have a good time while thinking about the last year and the next year. Firstly, people clean and decorate the whole their houses to make it more beautiful and brighter. Secondly, we cook Chung cakes - a traditional food at Tet - and prepare food for fraying our forebears. Of course, we prepare sweets and fruits for guests who come to our house. After preparing, we just sit to wait for the New Year' Eve. It is such an eager time. In the next day, we go to our relatives and friend' houses to wish them for a happy, lucky and sucessful year.
