: If I were the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment, the first thing I would do is to launch a nationwide campaign of conserving energy: turning off lights, computers, and electric appliances when not in use; using energy efficient light bulbs and appliances. I would encourage using public transports instead of using private cars, and I myself would do it first. Besides, I would encourage every family, school, organization or association to carry out the THREE-R movement: REUSE, REDUCE, RECYCLE.

Moreover, I  would fine the company which dump industrial waste without procession. I would fine people who do bad things to environment: drop litter, deforestation, and dump waste into rivers... I would build the waste procession system and build many parks everywhere. I would hold many meaningful activities for environment such as: growing trees, taking care of public parks, protect the wildlife and precious plants.
