Hi everyone! My name is Candy. Health plays a very important role in our life, and some people asked how we could stay healthy, positive and happy. Health includes mental health and physical health. On the mental health, we should have positive feelings such as gratitude, kind and so on. The gratitude and kindness are the most important of all the positive feelings people have. Firstly, We will come to the first part- gratitude. The best way to make gratitude a habit is not to wait for special moments. Writing a diary is the best ways. If you aren’t ready, let’s try doing the easier way: pay attention, think about what you are grateful for and spend time being thankful for them. For example, I am thankful for my parents because they have given me a house to live, a home to rely on when I have a difficult time; I am thankful for my teacher who has taught me knowledge and things I don’t know. Secondly, you be kind to other people. To be kind, you can do something good such as help someone do something that they cannot do. In short, to have healthy at mental health, you should be grateful for the things you have and be kind to the people around.
On the physical health, there are two main ways that help you stay healthy. The first way is that you can do exercise regularly. Exercise can help prevent heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and colon cancer. It can help treat depression, osteoporosis, and high blood pressure. People who exercise also get injured less often. Secondly, you should eat healthy. What you eat is closely linked to your health. Balanced nutrition has many benefits. By making healthier food choices, you can prevent or treat some conditions. Thirdly, your weight should be under control. You hadn't better be fat or to thin. If you are too fat, you will have a lot of a disease. If you are too thin, you won't have enough of energy to do things or for a day.
All in all, the exercise and food are the two main ways that help you be healthy at the physical health.
