I will never forget what happened yesterday, August 3rd in Ninh Binh. It was when I was going to school that a heavy storm occured. At 7 a.m, everything was fine with blue sky, the sun was shining. However, after 30 minutes, black clouds appeared in the sky with lightning. Then it started to rain hard. The wind was so strong that it blew goods of people in the market. People were panic. They tried to keep their luggage and goods alive, then find their vehicles to go to safe zone. Outdoor, people in buildings were also scared as they had no electricity at all but they tried to comfort others. The storm was terrible but luckily it stopped after 5 hours.
