I will never forget what happened just yesterday, August 3rd in Ninh Binh. It was one of the most terrible days for people here as a storm happened when people are working and traveling. It was 9 a.m when the black clouds suddenly appeared in the sky, along with strong winds that blew dusk all over everything. Then it started to rain hard. People were all panic as they thought it was just a rain before. They were all trying to keep their vehicles, goods safe. People can't go home because of the wind and the heavy rain. Those in the market were worried, those in buildings were also scared and tried to comfort each other. Finally, the rain stopped after 5 hours, left everyone wet and awful.
