I never forget what happened yesterday, August 3rd in Ninh Binh. It was when I was going to school that a terrible storm occured. At 7 a.m, the weather was still fine with the bule sky, the shining sun,.. and suddenly black clouds as well as strong winds, lightning appeared. At first, everyone thought it was just a rain, however, the rain started to get harder and harder after half an hour. Everyone was panic. A number of people tried to keep their luggage and goods safe whereas some tried to go home as fast as possible. Then the electricity went out. Those in buildings were all scared but they did try to comfort eachh other. The heavy rain took place for over 5 hours with everyone's fearness. The storm was extremely awful!
